Have you addressed the tongue gussets that are prone to breaking? Smittybilt offers a bolt on solution, but I added bars to the front under the tongue to reinforce it. These trailers are very tongue heavy. Nice mods btw!
Honestly I don't think it's a hinge thing, I think it just needs to be braced like a fence gate. Thanks for the video, this is definitely making me consider pulling the trigger on one of these
