I just ordered this pack for my daughter on Amazon. Didn’t know it can hold this much that’s awesome. But I’m telling her do NOT put her phone in that side pocket. Easily can fall out or be pick pocketed that’s crazy. Phone goes inside the front pocket or the main compartment.
For anyone wondering since I couldn't find the dimensions of the front pocket anywhere online: it can fit a 32 oz hydro flask just fine, although it does detract from the mesh pocket in the main bag compartment. Love taking it on short hikes!
does the main compartment in the “tablet sleeve” area have a hole for a water bladder hose? or hooks to hold up the bladder? I know this is a feature of the larger borealis but not sure on the mini

I completely agree, the side pockets are way too exposed! Hope your daughter enjoys using it!

No unfortunately there's no hole for the hose, nor are there hooks/rings
can it fit folders? thats the only thing holding me back.
