- Conservative tennis elbow treatment has not been shown as often as injection therapy for elbow pain on our channel. Most patients will respond very well to non-invasive treatment for tennis elbow. Dr. Vaughan shows a patient how to properly position a tennis elbow strap to resolve this common form of elbow tendonitis.

Very interesting and informative. Gives a clearer idea of how to figure out where to properly position the brace/band! Hopefully I won't get affected by it again - but if I do, I have a slightly better idea how to deal with it now. Thank you!
I would chose a brace/bandage over a shot anyday. Good luck Barbara!
+BooBoo Kitty I agree
I've been suffering with tennis elbow in both arms. Very painful! I am hoping to not get injections. I'd like to try some things at home first. Thank you for an informative video. Hope she feels better soon!!
+Freetobemenow19 it's also important to try to avoid the offending activity which involves wrist extension and twisting of the forearm.
I love your tie.
Thanks, Alma.
My husband is a mechanic and always gets tennis elbow. What do you recommend?
Some people do well with just wearing a tennis elbow brace in the proper position while they work. Some people need to modify the way the do certain procedures or use different tools.
I hope her elbow feels better. :)
+Lindsay Antwine most people will get better without invasive treatment.
Barbara seems very sweet
She is.
