What's stopping Umbrel from just monitoring Aries via hidden body cams? Nothing, I suspect. What if they know what Aegis did? Why didn't Raptor rat them out? Did he?

I thought Umbrel was already monitoring their communication, isn't that why Hawkeye was ordered to kill Cypher while they still were on mission?
Umbral monitors via mounted head cams and can hear but rarely if ever speaks.
They don't use those feeds, however, in situations where their connection could be breached. Such as at the Project Genesis lab ran by a rival corporation.
The orders to kill Cipher were relayed to Hawkeye before the mission.
