8:36 weirdly beautifull frame this movie clip has.
Garand is the best battle rifle. But holy shit, it's heavy.
Korean Army during the Korean War
06:02 ~ 17:58
I was about to ask which one before I realized that technically it was both of them, but the ones with Garands were probably from South Korea.
The Pacific was such a ggood movie.
The Pacific and Band Of Brothers got the best sound
Nice video
대한민국의 자유를 지켜준 M1 Garand
the "PING" rifle is legend
That was a cool clip. No idea where the movies' came from, but I liked the clips.
Someone said to me "who wants a gun that weighs 13lbs and ammo is expensive" I said "me my guy" I ♡ mine!! Greatest battle implement ever!
9lb 10oz
The rifle that won WW2!
14:51 They are student soldiers.
true
This should be renamed, horde defense against NK, starring the M1 Grand
I wish my m1 didnt have that much of a recoil.
@Ted Hubert Pagnanawon Crusio It's more of a joke for my comment. It's ridiculous to see people stand still while ripping that trigger for the M1 lol but for the most part, my M1 is god like for being built in 46.
Serious reply: I have a comp on mine. It does noticeably cut the recoil, together with the adjustable gas plug that restricts the amount of gas going to the piston. Plus after you put a couple thousand more rounds downrange, you will have become inured to the manly recoil.
Smartass reply: Eat your Wheaties, SoyBoy!
You won't even notice that in a firefight.....nor will anyone hear the ping
In future iterations of this compilation, the sniper/spotter clip with Gene Hackman from Uncommon Valor deserves inclusion.
The continuity is terrible but this is the best war movie ever!!!
M1 "Bang, bang, bang. pling" Garand
I love the M1 Garand of all movies but specially I like the M1 Garand of movie Windtalkers
Sure I saw a couple of Enfields and Mausers.. but I'm being picky.. Nice vid my bro "ping..ping" 👍👊
Spielberg met M1 garand rifle one day. After moment of silence he made an offer: would you like to be famous movie star? After moment of silence : ZINC!!
"You can't kill me! I'm invincible!"
Honestly, arm me with a Garand and I'd feel pretty invincible too lol
I want to see the movie with the guys who all fail epicly at the firing range.
If it's the Korean War movie you're referring to, then it's called 71: Into the Fire.
@@gent777 And the sad part is the student soldier got Garand thumb before he dies.
I'm confused by the Jaws scene. The M1 is semi-automatic. You don't need to pull the bolt unless it's jammed
Unless the boat captain had the bolt closed, chamber empty over a clip of seven. This is called "cruiser ready" and is considered by many the safest way to store a "mostly loaded" Garand. It also lets the hammer be let down to prevent the hammer spring from taking a set and losing power.
It was very clearly jammed in that scene.
Good work. I like it. Do more.
i love how Korea portrays the m1 garand its always so punchy it give the rifle a weighty presence
We all know the sound we wanted to hear when we clicked on this.
撃ち終わった後のチャリーンがなんとも良いな。
総弾数が極端に少ない事以外はキルタイムも悪くなかったし使いやすかったな。

4:02 Winters fires 10 shots before his M1 Garand Clip pops out.
The Rifle that pings like a microwave and hits like a Truck.
I should rewach all 10 episodes of band of brothers again
😢 Beautiful
This was good 👍
What people get wrong is when you put the clip inside the mag fully the bolt will slide forward automatically.
Not when the gun is dirty
It needs some push sometimes
But if the users gets to complacent in pushing it they might get Garand Thumb which was shown in one of the videos
I like hearing the sound of the M1G magazine poped out
0:00 Didn't know the M1's bolt action. 😂
So jammy
It was to clear the action, sometimes the bolt either doesn’t clear the round or fails to cycle another round into the chamber.
I´m happy.
Anyone know what movies this scenes from at 3:46? I think that’s Cillian Murphy at the end but I can’t be sure.
I've been trying to figure it out to. I thought it was Christian Bale at first.
