That is a wonderful farm but its biggest asset is water and they have abundance of it. My wife has 40 plus rai of Durian in Chumphon and like you said it was jungle that her father claimed but our biggest problem especially this time of the is water. We have 3 ponds but when the hot season comes always problems we even have to buy in water at times ..Great farm thanks for showing it.
What a great view of a farm and an unusual farm at that . Its looking a bit like an oak wood in the UK with such large durian trees the ponds look great as well .Visually great video

Oftentimes people exaggerate the description of a place or an item but this farm is incredibly stunning and I'm sure the video doesn't fully convey the beauty of this farm. I'd jump at the opportunity to live here in a minute.

For the intent of building a quality building, couldn’t you have ordered concrete trucks (next day) for the pedestals as supposed to concrete was mixed onsite and hand placed?
Not to get too technical but precast is when the product is cast elsewhere and brought to the site. In my original comment I meant, in your video I noticed concrete was mixed on site by hand than you actually get it from a concrete supplier (mixed at a concrete plant), Anyway, I just wanted to clarify that.

I have heard that poured on site is the best result, rather than pre-cast. I think pre-cast is used in more inaccessible places
