Huskies are prone to developing food allergies as well, and the reaction to those allergens often appears as skin allergies. Nearly all skin conditions involve itching and discomfort, so if your Husky is excessively rubbing, itching, or gnawing areas of his body, a food allergy may be the reason why. Food allergies are generally caused by an animal protein - usually chicken or beef; in some circumstances, dogs become allergic to eggs, milk or corn. A Husky with food intolerances will often have skin inflammations along with digestive disorders.
Always enjoy the videos and look forward to updates in the future. I think most of us that watch these have similar goals in the future, and these videos have been really helpful. Thanks, and keep up the great work. Bungalow and farm are looking amazing!
Hi again...love the house ...and don't be so hard on yourself...I went through the same with builders and yes you are right you need to be watching every second which is impossible...and you have both done so well managing this large project .....the loft access ...if it was me and I get the feeling it will bug you forever if you accept it as it is...I would get them to change it to not run across that access point...this is something that to be fair is just lazy of them to run it across and would have only involved a little bit extra work to run it around the hole for access.. they can change it now easily ...but later it would be a problem....I hope you don't mind me saying it as I think after watching how you work and how you are a perfectionist the same as me...you should get them to do that now before they complete the wiring....please keep the updates coming it is never boring Andy
Your Manhole opening just have as a second access. Install another Aperture, try and make it 1200mm x 600mm NOTE : Good idea is to lay some 12mm thick sheeting ( Pyneboard ) over to of the Truss Chords do this before they install the ceiling sheets. The pyneboard sheeting up in the ceiling void you can store your suit cases / light weight items etc.
You are doing great for your first build, when you build again you will know how to do things differently...its a learning curve every time. That snake looked like a non venomous rat snake....at least its not a cobra...lol. Thanks for the update video, stay safe both.
Top of Trusses Chords. You can have several Manholes ( Apertures ) to allow access to storage items up in the ceiling void. If your trusses are 900mm Centres well and good easier access. If you do not fully understand my method send me an email. I'm a retired Builder ( Australia )
Living the dream. I only just reached Chiang Rai to my new home and my dream is just starting. I only said to my son yesterday that the life I am living now that when I was his age I could not have aspired to what I have now. So I thank Thailand for giving me this fabulous dream....always say following your dreams some day they might come true.
I think our house will come to about 3mil baht when its finished and furnished, but it would be possible to do it similarly for less with some slight redesign, another video I will try to make. And really you could easily build a nice house for half the price if you went with something smaller, But being from the UK where houses are small, I wanted to make it bigger. The land varies depending on many factors, but I would say around our town 300,000/rai minimum for unproductive land, up to about 1mil+/rai for land with productive durian trees. Other places in thailand are cheaper/more expensive.
Always enjoy your videos and updates.. house and roof look great! Farm coming along very nicely.

Great video. Really enjoyed it.
Don't stress about more goals - you are in Thailand - relax, enjoy and take one day at a time. You only live once.

too right Colin, its a big world out there, lots to discover
How much would it cost to buy the land in your area, and build a house the same as yours.
