Yes, you can as long as you are running KSC 10 SP1.
11.3 clients will become compatible, provided they have relevant plug-in.

You should verify console is opening, services are running data is correct, agents are communicating etc

When you install KSC, it install network agent along with it. If machine already has network agent you will need to uninstall that first.

Check in control panel or program files. If not you can search for kl remover utility from google and use that.
