- Loch Lomond is a freshwater lake in Scotland, which crosses the Highland Boundary Fault, often considered the boundary between the lowlands of Central Scotland and the Highlands.
Loch Lomond is the largest lake by surface area in Great Britain, and the second largest lake by volume in Great Britain, after Loch Ness.

I live near the Loch and ashamed at how much we take its beauty for granted. Watching these videos is a great reminder as to how fortunate we are to live in such a beautiful part of the world.
I visisted Loch Lomond late September, about twenty years ago. The weather was fine but I had to keep me warm with Irish Cream to stay on the deck of excursion boat. A good memory I still carry.
