brush with oil/buttert
then put into oven at 350F for 10mins

Just find any high rimmed dish (as long as water won’t get in when steaming), find something to elevate the dish so that the bottom doesn’t touch the water, add a liner in, then your XLB, then steam according to the package.
What if we dont have steamer baskets? Can we steam them in a idli steamer?(idli =indian rice steamed meal.)
