Little late to the party but I had a blockage and got a stoma and decided because of the whole variable thing to just keep it and know there should be no accidents other than pouch leaks. I talked to the doctor before deciding and was told the same thing about problems that might happen so as I said I am keeping it.

Heya, I am doing ok thanks, having a few skin issues around the stoma at the moment which isn't ideal! Hope you are doing ok too :)
