I did 13:47 in 2017. and 13:12 at a comp in 2018. I am not nearly as cardiovascularly fit as I was then but I'm not THAT far off. I have it blocked off for a 14:30 score. I looked at my original plan that I sent Brannen and I blocked things out for 16:30 and smashed that. I'm definitely more efficient with a DB than I was back then because it was all I had in quarantine. I'm planning to go 15-15-15-15-15, resting :10-:12 between each set. Then a steady 12/min BBJO. Then maybe 15-15-15-15-15 or if I feel like I can push at the end 25-25-25?
17.1 or 20.1 I believe are top contenders for a repeat. They want to open up with an all inclusive workout which both movements are very much so..especially 17.1 where it requires only 1 DB & 1 Box which are high priority for home gym athletes. Would be an awesome way to see improvement from 2017 even with a crazy 2020 for a lot of people. Would be a great kick off!
