Love this collection of everyday expressions! This is essential stuff but sorely missing from most language courses.

    Good job.
It should be noted that these phrases are in Levantine Arabic dialect.
Every other arabic dialect has similar phrases with a few tweaks here and there.
    I feel MSA/Quranic Arabic is under-appreciated.
Almost every Arab can speak MSA and comprehend most dialects.
I always advise people to learn MSA first and then choose the dialect they wish afterwards.
I always converse in MSA with foreigners who have A2-B1 Arabic.

    Great lesson.
As far as the literal meaning of the expression شو بِعَرِّفني, would it be something along the lines of "What will inform me/make me know?" Because I'm assuming بِعَرِّف is the فعل مضارع of the form 2 verb عَرَّف which means "to inform someone of.../make them know something".

You doing a good job for beginners learning the language but your lessons sound more from Alsham accent rather than Fusha اللغة الفصحي..

درسك ممتع لكن يجب أن يعلم بأن هذه لغة محكية، فلا تستعمل بتاتا بشكل رسمي، وحتى في الجانب العامي لا تستعمل بين الاقل رتبة مع الأعلى رتبة، فلا يقول الابن لأبيه خلص بكفي وقس على ذلك.
