Man that was an intense moment watching that buck , I hunt only public land in mississippi and have taken several big deer with a bow, there isn't ANYTHING close to putting an arrow through a public land giant...hope you caught up to him

Unfortunately I didn’t get another opportunity at him, but I feel blessed to have had the encounter nonetheless! Thanks for watching, it was definitely intense!

Dang it! Mighty sweet you guys still have some deer season. And it’s not 25 degrees with 20 mph winds. So fricking awesome. Our season is done. Pigs and 3-d now till October.

We have a couple of weeks left then it’ll be transitioning to turkey season for me! Thanks for watching, and stack the pigs high!

@@everydaysportsmen spring turkey in April here. . We have four tags. Can take any birdin the fall but no hens in the spring. Can take four toms in the spring if you want to. Some that are in to hard core calling do that. I try to get what I can while deer bow hunting.

Being a Mississippi native from up in northeast Mississippi. I hunt a lot of the Tennessee/Tombigbee river Corps of Engineers public land. In 2021 I killed my best buck ever of my life on public land. And I’ve kept hunting it over the last 2 years. The river systems in Mississippi have some awesome deer on the land. However the State and government need to allow more does to be killed as there are way to many on the public land. Nice video I subscribed since you hunt Mississippi I will follow your videos .

I too have hunted the River systems and agree with you wholeheartedly! I wish Mississippi had a little bit better management practices in place, but I won’t complain to much. Thanks for watching and subscribing! Good luck out there!

I took the batteries out of the wall clock months ago so it would stop ticking! It’s strictly decorative at this point!

Please stop wearing your hunting clothes anywhere but in the woods. I can't believe that deer didn't bust out of the when he spelled you.

I hunt the wind primarily, don’t really buy into the scent control personally. I just don’t believe you can beat their nose! Nothing against your opinion, and I hope it works well for you! Best of luck out there and thanks for watching!
