In any buffet system events, I first go and have a look at what all is available in the menu. Then analyse how much hungry I am, what all things I need to do post eating. What things will harm my digestion and give me acidity. Then I get my clarity and only take in my plate what I will finish eating. I never waste food as well. There have been many weddings where in I have taken and only eaten raita and be done.

Cux I have to stay healthy n work.. and also enjoy what I do..

Lekin meri aadat hamesha se hai k ek ek ya 2 , 2 cheez leti jati hoon aur khatam karti jati hoon. 2 ghante baad phir se lene lagti hoon lekin aaj tak kabhi kuch waste nahi kiya.. sirf ek baar gajar ka halwa phekna pada tha jab woh mujko bilkul accha nahi lag raha tha. Jee kabhi kharab nahi hua abhi tak. Lekin Sir main toh bahut happy hoon already aur iska key point yeh hai k bina kisi doosre ko disturb kiye sirf apni khushi dekhna Mera pehla dharm hai.

Suppose Someone eat rice and dal everyday but if the same person goes in restaurant then he does try something new or something special in anticipation to like the taste..of course that is paid....people pay in a restaurant to try so many new things and develop taste for new things...so what is wrong in discovery at buffet...one day loose motion can make you discover your new and undiscovered taste....If you dont read all the subjects in the beginning how will you know your favourite subjects to pursue for life...Buffet, party, social occassions are moments to lose control gracefully to discover the undiscovered...working hours does not give much scope to discover....if someone is coughing badly then of course he/she will avoid ice cream...otherwise enjoy ice cream at midnight even during snowfall with financial freedom...
This channel has also been accessible after regular try for something new...So why to settle so soon in life if not feeling satiated...
