    I kinda miss the brown craft paper and squeaky marker pen. However, the pace of progress continues and it was a great lesson.

    Very nice, My other half suggested a nice alternative, taking the area of the circle and taking away the area of 6 equilateral triangles (length/r of 4), to get 6x the area of the outer segment (outside the equilateral triangle). Divide by 6, you can then use that to get the area of one of the shaded regions, times two gets the same answer. Presentation, cat inclusion and iPad visuals look great!
