Yes this is what I used in series one along with dragapult & Lumineon. Lumineon had both Tailwind and Soak and was 1 point faster as a support. Toxtricity had protect for free tailwind.

Zangoose is kind of a better urshifu. Belly drum toxic boost Feint does more than surging strikes and also goes through protect. The zoroark was scarf; icy wind just cancelled out the scarf boost. Your normal toxtricity was totally fine into shadow ball locked zoroark lol.
I built a team like this in Series 1 with where I sometimes swapped out Toxtricity with Noivern for funsies. It's not as much damage, but when else am I going to get to use my shiny Noivern? I started losing when I was getting in around top 300, but it's still so much damage and if they don't swap in ghost types to counter it, things get real loud.
