For those who are hating on the maxspeeding rods coilovers. Not everyone can afford a more expensive brand especially if you are a younger person or someone who is just getting into the hobby. Buying cars these days isnt cheap and buying parts is just as expensive. Also life is expensive AF for some more than others. If you dont like the coilover company he is featuring thats fine, as we all have our own opinions. However, please be concious and mindful when commenting the hatred for these coilovers or the person using them. This company is all over the place because they are marketing and also seem as if they improve the product over the years. Other companies dont really do this and thats fine too. Just let people do what they do. Great video as always man!! Keep doing what you do!!
#1 Honda channel on RUclips if your a nube or not. This is where you will learn it all about many different years and makes of Acura ,Honda's and CRX. After 6 years i still come here to refresh often👍
Dude that thing looks super clean, nice find. Those little brackets that come with the Maxpeedingrods kit, weren't they metal before? That one looks like plastic. I need one of the metal ones.
Where im from we're having the same issue with the rear, apparently the spring rate is too low, can you have them bump the spring rate up because its not like we can just go to them and ask for a better spring
My 2011 Accord 4cyl has charging issues and it's driving me crazy. Alternator is working (the positive cable to the battery can be removed while the car is running with no issues). Battery has been changed twice - still not getting charged properly and I get the battery voltage light to pop, then the stereo stops working, then I know it won't start if I stop the engine. WTF is wrong - some kid of grounding issue I'm missing?
Hey man! Do you have a shop here in texas that i can visit? Really looking for someone who i can trust my 2000 civic when it comes to mechanical. Btw nice video and love the color combo of your daily!🍻
@@GarageBuiltHondas 16x8 +38 Advans are absolutely hands down the best (real) JDM wheels available to order new for 4lug golden era FF Hondas on a square setup. Best designs/looks+specs/sizing/fitment + weight/strength/quality. I have 3 sets rzII (black w/ machine ring), rgd2 (champagne/gold), & tc4's (white w/ machine ring) all 16x8 + 38 4x100 for my dc2 street class time attack build as an actual street & track build so nice to rotate/swap between sets w/ 1 on street tires (rt660) and 2 sets on track tires (A052 last hot lap set becomes warm up shake down set & so on) with no change to handling & grip one less variable when dialing in setup. Looks like your running the 215/45 rt660's I run the 225/50 rt660's as my street tires granted 1 inch bigger O.D. & 1" larger overall width vs 215 & I'm running vented widebody v1 tracklife full fenders but especially if you're not running it slammed should fit stock fenders with worst case little massaging taller sidewall IMO improves ride quality and less fender gap with more ground clearance & without sacrificing geometry basically looks lower via fender gap while technically slightly higher. I'm about to order either just 2 or maybe full set of the new TC4 SE unfortunately no 16's but I love the machine finish center like TC3's finally available in 4x100 except only in 17x8 +35 & I think one other 18" size in 4lug but I'm gonna try running the 17x8 + 35 tc4 se w/ 245's or 255's up front & 16x8 + 38 rear for a reverse stagger setup in search of a bit more grip as I just finished turbo motor build

Civic looks to be in great shape and i really like the color combo 👍
Changes it entirely, amazing coilovers👍🏾
Love that color combo, looks great!
Appreciate that!
Content never disappoints 😮
Civic looks clean does it still have a full stock exhaust = perfect daily
I was wanting a 2 door civic to build but now seeing you with a 4 door, I might get one i seen on FB for $800 with a bad engine, Manual Trans
Anyway you can help with a diagnosis. I was hoping it might be something you have seen before
I can try
That ek is clean 😍
Thanks!
that is clean. good score. Is it necessary to use camber kit for stock wheels and height?
Cars super nice looking!
Thanks man!
Is your opinion on the T7's that they're not the best for daily driving, I assume they never softened up?
Not these. They're too stiff. I installed softer springs and it helped a lot. I went with 7k/5k and that made a big difference

Get the T6 or lower base models. The T7 are too stiff for daily driving.

Hi Jon
Hello!
More like Max snapping Rods
I've never snapped anything. I'm unsure if you've ever used them. I've used 4 sets now and haven't had any issues with them.
garbage coilovers ride like garbage. surprise.
