These ratings are for legends not at their prime but the age selected by them, maybe Pires had his prime a bit afterwards, or maybe he is seriously underrated

Go on andriod play store and download peshub 20. Not all of the legends are updated, like Adriano, but the ones who are check out 100%. The stats are wrong IMO (T. Arnold) but algorithms for unknown factors are always off but the squad builder is very comprehensive.
