All of them have damage multipliers but both Irene and Degenbrecher have Def ignore which Ch'en doesn't have Edit: But Degenbrecher's Talent has the biggest multiplier which increases her damage by 70% (with module) while Ch'en has 15% attack up and Irene only having 5-10% ATK up.

Disarm blocks melee attacks specifically. It won’t effect ranged attacks or enemy skills. Edit: It can block ranged, but only when the ranged enemy is actively blocked.

Yeah, even if the initial proc is only like 19% per attack, she has 5s to get 3-4 offensive SP, and around 47-57% to apply Tremble again at least once.
I'm surprised her S3 is auto recovery but I guess that makes her more flexible, no need to rely on hits to activate her nuke. Really looking forward to getting the 3 time Kazimierz Major champion.
I guess Irene can still babysit Operators in the training room though but they really need to buff her or at least give Levitate Operators some support

To make her viable, the option is either atk recovery that have stupidly high starting sp so she is used as helidrop or being auto recovery in her main skill ... otherwise she is as unpractical as irene which have better dps than chen but chen still easier to use with her self sp battery
She looks great! her animation of her just casually one handed swinging this huge greatsword around im going to take as a subtle hint that she is the ultimate swordmaster which is reflected in her kit since she does dwarf chen . she is basically chen 2.0. very fast sp recovery on the s3 so no need to save for the right moment. and she does the teleport schwing schwing which shares alot visually with chen but with more benefits like a pull+blocking while the animation is still going on. not to mention more damage and bigger aoe. also I was really hoping her s3 was attack recovery since i pulled stainless way back just to pair with og chen for a whole atk recovery squad but seeing the super low cooldown on it i don't think it even matters.
Degen's a 3-time champion. Viviana is... well, a glorified mook. But, honestly, I see your point. Lore-wise Vivi is no joke and she should have gotten some arts-aoe bomb instead of her crappy skills :(

Nope, Degen has more damage. Irene S3 total damage is 23k, Degenbrecher's S3 total damage is 29k. Irene does have a higher def ignore(50% compared to Degen's 25%), but as Irene also has less damage per hit, it'll take a good amount of def to actually make Irene deal more damage.

Proposal for fixing this blatant powercreep by buffing Irene and Chen. Irene: add new module or change her current module from ignore 70 defense to something like Cutter talent, it can help fixing Irene main problem that is her offensive SP recovery type. Chen: I have no idea where to start. Aside from treating her as SP battery or single target nuke, she is way weaker usage wise than Irene or Degen.
Irene module 2 just needs 120% damage to levitated enemies/ignore 60% defense, combined with base 10% more skill damage, her damage only needs a small boost.
I'm glad she's at least strong after the absolute disaster Viviana ended up being but HG is completely creatively bankrupt when it comes to operator gameplay design. This is the 4th fucking character with the same S3 at this point just improved.
Her trembled thingy can stunned multiple target , but her just a chance to stunned and only block . so that's not a nerf , what's should I call ? also she has camouflage too as a boss .

It lasts for five second and yes, s3 is auto recovery.
