Hey gabbie, just a little tip. When you leave out the pulp of the juice you're leaving out all the fibre, which is really important to process the sugars that come in fruits and veggies. It's way better to have a smoothie, just make sure to blend it really well if you don't like it chunky :)
Veggie juice is great for you though as it doesn’t have sugar ! And seeing as she only put in two fruits in, it’s a really good ratio cause there’s more veg than fruit... it’s still way better than having a can of coke or just fruit juice

I would suggest trying waking up for a week at 7:30. it's still really early and not as harsh as 6! Your day will be so much more productive! And I'm sure you've hard this 100 times and it's annoying but eating and sleeping "at the right time" is important when trying to loose weight :) LG aus Wien!
I’ve been following your channel since the OG pink bedroom in your parents house days but I rarely comment. I just wanted to say think I like you have really struggled with my weight as trying different diets. Like you’ve I’ve done slimming world, it sort of worked for me and I’ve taken some things from it (i.e using frylight and quark with everything!). I know you want to get back to the weight you were a few years ago (I think you’re fabulous as you are btw) but I can see from this what I eat in a day it may be a little difficult - I know this is just one day out of 365 but I do have a couple of tips. 1- reduce your sugar content, the juice, sweet chilli sauce and hoisin are all high in sugars (natural or not it doesn’t really matter), sugar spikes your energy levels and then they drop quickly after (therefore could be impacting your sleeping pattern), high sugar levels are also a factor of weight retention / gain (I say this all while eating a bag of m&ms lol). 2- In addition to this when juicing think to yourself ‘if I had this all on a plate in front of me would I eat it?’ It’s likely that you wouldn’t eat an entire cucumber, apple, pear and a handful of spinach in once go. For hunger levels, calories and sugar maintenance it is deffo better to eat the fruit and veg rather than smoothie or juicing them. Also juicing removes the pulp which contains the most important nutrients such as fibre! I know you have had intolerance issues so getting fibre in where you can is probably important for you. I’m not trying to be preachy and act like an expert because I’m far from it. I just noticed that those few things may hinder your progress. They’re the changes I have made over the last year or so and they’ve really helped me so I hope they can help you:) diets do not work for me at all as I become too obsessive or get really down if I have an ‘off day’ and that turns into a cheat week or even a month! So now I have everything in moderation, keep hidden sugars in sauces and drinks low so I can enjoy a bar of chocolate in the evenings. I eat lots of slimming world speed and free foods but do not count syns. And by doing all of this I have managed to stop being obsessive / anxious around food, sleep better and have a far healthier lifestyle. Little life hack ..... if you put the salmon in 10 minutes after the potato and flip the potato at that time in 20 minutes everything will be ready to eat. That way you won’t have to wait 10 minutes with your salmon done for the potatoes to be done as well. 😃
Gabriella, when I do chips I add the oil, salt, garlic, pepper etc when they're in the pan and then you can shake it all up together - may save time and makes sure it'll cover the whole chip!! Just a lil tip, look yummy though : )
Gabbie!!!! You should add a carrot and orange to your juice. It helps the taste loads and gives you some vitamin C! Trust me this tastes so much better for green juices
that is literally my dinner or lunch everyday too! I cook my salmon and chips in an air fryer at the same time is so much quicker! I do everything the same including boiling and flipping half way through and its so yummy!
I’m a veggie and I always make them sweet chili wrap with quorn chicken pieces and it’s my fav thing ever 😍🤤 I’m craving one now and it’s 10.30 at night 😭🤣
It's so awesome waking up early in the morning! I know with myself, I love having a good hour in the morning to just have a coffee & be by myself, maybe go for a walk. I'd totally recommend it. But I think you'd hate it if you only did it for a week.
All the food looks yummy, I’d just be careful with how much sauce you use as a lot of sauces have quite a bit of sugar in which will stop it from being a healthy meal, not hating just helping 😊
I realise this comment is a week too late and Is unlikely to be seen, I'm also not sure if it's already been mentioned however the sauce drying up by the time you take it out has happened to me a lot and what I've found really helps is if I put the sauce on whatever is in the oven for the last 5-10 mins, instead of straight away, it warms the sauce through but doesn't burn away to nothing. Just a little tip I figured out a while back you may find helpful 🖤

I had a gastric sleeve on 2014. After the surgery I had to only eat LIQUIDS! For about one month, then I just could eat like mush food, like baby food, for about 2 more months and then I could start eating soft food. I literally ate two spoons of food and felt FULL AS FUCK. I threw up so many times the next year bc I just was adjusting, in my mind I thought I could still eat the same amount as before. Not even close. I couldn't have sodas for like a year (the gas on it affected me) and now sometimes I get low sugar in the blood like diabetics, but I don't have it tho (sorry if I can't explain something, I speak Spanish lol) and I have to take supplements for life. Oh and my hair still falls. It really sucks. I think everyone thinks it's the easy way, but for me it was the hardest time of my life.
