New parts come with a 10-month warranty, while used ones have no warranty. So, keep these factors in mind when comparing prices and considering the value of your build.

With this budget, you'd likely end up with an i7 4th Gen or an i5 6th Gen PC, resulting in a significant processor bottleneck in this combination.
