    Ingredients.
    2 green plantains
    pinch salt and pepper
    3 celery sticks
    1/2 onion
    1 tbsp oil
    2 cups chicken broth
    8 garlic cloves
    1 wide bunch of coriander
    frying oil
    1/2 kg fresh and crunchy pork rinds
    preparation
    In a pot, add chicken broth, garlic, onion, salt and pepper, celery, coriander, and oil.
    Let it thicken and keep covered.
    Peel the plantains and cut them into rounds.
    Fry in enough oil until cooked and golden. Mid fire.
    remove, drain
    Remove the onions, celery, and coriander from the broth. Just leave the garlic.
    Add to the pilon some Dominican plantains with a few pieces of the pork rind previously cut into pieces. Also, add the broth. But only the garlic and the broth.
