Wow ! Congratulations to all of the dancers in this years U K Open Championship. For years my favourite dancer was Anna Melnikova, I am so surprised to see her back at the top, fantastic ! I love Polina, so now my loyalties are split, but like the Simon & Garfunkel song "Split the night", this is a joy for me to have my two all time favourite dancers back at the top with their partners, wonderful ! The standard has never been higher in my opinion. Thank you for giving such joy to so many people. Fantastic !

Glenn Peacock- Well, I like both dancers too, Polina T. and Anna M., but, at this moment, I think Polina is the best one of the two though. Anna has some catch up to do, to where she was before, in terms of artistic and musical presentation. But I think Anna and Stefano should do well together. Although, I was kind of surprised of seeing them in 2nd place at this time. How are they so much better than Pavel and Polina?

Brilliant jive by the champions. The best jive I have seen by Troels and Ina. Very good timing and technique. Light and easy.
I think Pavel and Polina was an exciting couple, brilliant, and deserved 2nd place (instead of Stefano and Anna).
Later this year, I believe P & P will climb, as the panel of judges is extended to reflect the world. And as the new and brilliant partnership of P & P is better known. They deserve to be No. 1 one day, exciting the entire world.

Super-dynamic jive from Troels and Inna, and it's a pleasure to watch the way they treat one another. Dorin and Marina are understandably disappointed but still gotta try to keep it together in public
Marina again doesnt bother to cover her attitude... rejects to give her hand to Dorin. Im sure she did it on purpose
It would have been better if they had left the lights on for the honour dance. The winners danced mostly in the dark shadows.
Anna, you are the queen of the Latin dance, I am very happy to see you on the dance floor! You are the best!

i don't get it how stefano & anna could beat nino & andra. i don't wanna blame them coz i know they are amazing, the blaming goes to the judges

Stefano and Anna pretty much did the unthinkable. Taking their 2008 amateur routine to get to the professional final, I guess Latin has not improved for the past 13 years. And one is no longer compared to their previous best. Did they even dance as good as they were in 2009? let alone the Stefano in 2020. Or Anna with Franco. Anna is the same, always stumble somewhere. If they had stayed together in 2009 in Pro, they would place behind Maurizio and Melinda, about 7 in the professionals. This UK result means Dorin and Marina would be out of the final if they were competing against previous finalists. Maurizio should return with Melinda/ Andra, they have seniority! Matej and Iowna, Slavik and Karina, Franco and Oxana!
