This carbide end mills have been specially developed for the cutting of wood, in particular for MDF.
The straight cutting edges ensure clean cuts.
The carbide milling cutters are characterized by the following advantages:
- Spacious, finely honed chip grooves
- Fine grinding of the cutting edges
- clean workpiece surfaces
- high wear resistance
Cutting data in the video:
Vc = 225 m/min (n=8950 u/min)
fz = 0,1 mm
f = 1790 mm/min
ap = 6 mm

Nice video.
Are this straight-flute bits also usable for deep holes in MDF with a spiral path? Or they will became clogged?
