Great track, but also a missed opportunity. Why would you not also sample the iconic main chorus? That would have made it an absolute killer

imo vocals are not well used ! it's cutting too much dry after the drop everytime, without any modulation of the drums or anything else
agreed. its such fantastic build up. all it needed was the chorus for a classic
I would disagree, the raw full on beat is the main theme here while the vocal is just support (and it shouldn't be other way around)... The chorus thay u search is already there, but its not in a lyrical way but yet in a harmonical 🤙🏻
I think the whole idea of producer was probably not to have one of these cheap climatic drops… I think these “anti-drops” are actually way more classy… also don’t see anything wrong with the rolling beat that just continues. Keeps the rave vibe alive.
@@rickybundy well I think what you mean by “a classic” is just the umpteenth cheap ass remix of an old pop track that just appeals to people’s sense of nostalgia… Furthermore I think it’s a smart thing that they didn’t include the chorus, cause the last thing u want when ur at a rave is to fuel the moronic joy of some people when they recognize “a song from the old days” and then somehow feel that the best way to express their joy is to loudly start chanting as if they’re at some local shots bar where DJ Adhoc keeps playing the same old tracks that were primarily selected based on how well known they are…
So all in all, I’m glad this producer didn’t turn it into what in your dictionary is considered to be a “classic”.
