I found what helped is talking to someone who is independent of me and of my life so that I can get unbiased comfort from them. You need to talk to someone so that you can see a better perspective from someone else. These bad moments are temporary. Always. Focus on the positive things that are going right in your life and use it as your anchor to push through the bad. Ask for help from God or your relatives and loved ones from the other side.
