Instead of concrete if you apply mud And paint with cowdung for green, turmeric for yellow, lime for white and mix turmeric and lime for red it will ve totally eco-friendly and healthy as well. In the west people are building houses made with these vricks which is available in jaipur. See eco-friendly gobar homes. Fyi you could mix paalak leaves, methi, lemon leaves and grind nicely and rub inside of the tandoor. It will strengthen the tandoor and naan is super tasty. It helps the bread from not stiking to walls once done and avoids sticking if little dough from burning.try in a small tandoor first. You are great hands on. The doubke burner you have built is called kerala smokeless wood stove.
