The only disadvantage for me is the ambient mode - for me it’s almost no diffrence compared to other modes, which means I can’t hear the background
I had quite a good experience with mine. Did you try adjusting it in the app?
I don't care about it ,if some one wanna talk to me i would take out the buds

if u compare nb2 pro vs air pods pro? for sound quality which is better and also which one is more loud?
I have not tried the Air Pods Pro but I have just reviewed the Neobuds Pro.
In NB2 pro Voice command language is english or chinese?
