Hello Stanley. If you reach out to your local Victaulic representative they will be able to provide technical support during your repairs/maintenance. If you need to find out who that person is, please call 800-742-5842 and ask who the fire protection rep is for your area. If you have issues you can always call that number and ask for the fire protection engineering department. :-)
So, I always have issues setting these up. It drives me nuts. Any tips because victaulic’s video never seems to work.
