This was a journey and a half. Absolutely, by far one of the weirdest, but most fun and rewarding collabs I've done in my entire music career. Saster and I had to do half of this song over Parsec instead of how we normally do it (passing the project file back and forward to each other), which actually opened up a lot of different ideas and things we would never really do otherwise. It was a really interesting experience, and I think it yielded a very nice result, and I hope you agree!

The Ending Part really got me. You can see BF REALLY struggling against his Dark Side. Gave me Pico and Daddy Dearest vibes all over again. I REALLY hope he can pull through in the assuming next part.

Tbh Evil Bf never felt like a bad guy to me. It always felt like he was just a part of Bf that was tainted and is trying to give him the confidence to try and take back his body from the corruption by giving all of those challenging remarks. I'm glad that was confirmed, but man that part where he pulled put the guitar outta nowhere was amazing lmao. Amazing track btw! This one was a banger like usual!
It’s popular that evil bf wasn’t actually connected to the corruption, since he’s saying “it’s not my doing” which means evil bf was around before the corruption, and since he wanted bf to regain consciousness he awoken him in his mind in order to give him confidence

I don't know if this is just me but this is definitely my favorite corruption mod song by far. It's really fucking good and it's usage was gloriously executed in the second day. I definetly cannot wait to see what kind of music will the final battle have in the bag!

The ending is kinda like boyfriend calling out for someone, in an empty room covered in nothing but evil. Alone, and hopeless.
So this happened after the fight with Daddy Dearest, maybe Daddy Dearest didn't fully corrupt yet and is watching BF fight the corruption off. So maybe in the final battle, Daddy Dearest helps BF to fight off the corruption. That is my theory.
You see,its all going on inside bf head,nobody can see it. Dad fully corrupted,he had no chance,like at all. So dad cannot help bf fight it

This song reminds me so much of a MegaMan soundtrack. Just beautiful. The part at the end, though. The final battle is going to be something else entirely, and I am all for it.

Also I love how the song has a sinister but heroic vibe, definitely fits Soul/Glitch cause he’s a character shrouded in mystery, and seems very sinister, but he might have a not-so-obvious desire to help BF defeat the corruption. I feel like what should happen is it ends with bf meeting lemon demon, he remembers who that is, he slowly uncorrupts, they have a battle, and after the final song, lemon demon collapses and dies. Then, eventually most of the corrupt have been uncorrupted, but whos the final corrupted, you may ask. Girlfriend. You have a battle with her, she gains back her memory, and you fully have uncorrupted the world. Let me know how you feel about this theory-ish type thing in the replies.

All of these people say that evil BF's soul is helping BF, but I disagree. I think the "this is not my doing" part is the evil BF soul pulling a trick into thinking he's a good guy when he isn't. The "not again" part could be the evil BF soul having bad memories of the Pico vs BF week where BF almost regained his consciousness. The corruption's eyes started to glow on that part probably because he's getting angry about how that thought relates to what's happening to him now and tries to not fall for it again.
It could be that, or it could be something completely different. We don't know, and we won't know until the third song.

Ok so hear me out here, the ending of this song where boyfriend is singing by himself is him calling out to girlfriend and the final song will be him fighting an evil corrupted manifestation of girlfriend in boyfriends mind, the tormentor bf doesn’t have anything to do with the corruption, he himself says in the mod ‘it wasn’t my doing’ implying he has been with bf before the corruption began and he is trying to get boyfriend to fight back, boyfriend isn’t facing his inner demons, his mirrored self is preparing him to face those inner demons as that is the way to free himself from the corruption
