How did I miss this?!! The flat hierarchy has to be what I enjoy most about the workplace. No power drunkenness on display. It was actually easy for me to adjust to calling people by their first names. What I don't like is not getting to wear my 'ghen-ghen' clothes to work. This video made me smile as I reflected on my own experiences. Thank you, Abi🙏🏽
This was very informative. I have just started looking for a job and I’m really nervous. At least now I have an idea of what to expect. I can relate to the sorry part it’s something that I should really start working on hahahaha😂.
