I have listened to many of Dr Savelle's sermons, on tape and on video, read many of his books and been blessed by them all. But the one that has been a blessing to me the most has been his book "In The Footsteps of A Prophet". I got that book in the early stages of my life as a believer and it gave me the foundation that I have now many years later. Thank you, Brother Jerry for all you have imparted into my life and that of others.

Jerry Savelle was the First word of Faith minister I ever heard. I was given a Cassette Tape from a meeting he had in Long Beach CA in 1981. I was attending a Four Square Church and someone told me to listen to him. Over the next year I listen to that tape so much it wore out. I was a baby Christian at the time. Because of Jerry Savelle I was introduced to Kenneth Hagin and his teaching on 1 Cor. 13 which changed my life. Than Kenneth Copeland Ministries has increased my faith. The last meeting I attend with Jerry was when he was riding his motorcycle and had a meeting in Mariposa CA last year. I wasn't able to attend his last meeting at West Coast Believers Church because I wasn't feeling well enough to drive 100 miles each way. He had a meeting at OOFCC in Hesperia the day before which was my church before I moved out of area. I was told it was a Fantastic Service. I will miss Jerry Ministry here on earth However I know he is in Heaven enjoying time with all his family and friends that moved before him. Praying for his family, friends, co-workers, & staff.
I know so a number of God's generals but I never knew how much I will cry in my heart when you depart to be with our Lord. You were a great man of God and may God help me to be an example of His glory as you have been . . Just a little because I can't fill your shoes. I will love people deliberately and unconditionally.
