One thing that has helped me is now I do not de-grease my screens until the day i plan to coat them. I used to clean,de-grease and put them in dark room until i needed to coat for a job. This really helped with eliminating pin holes from dust attracting to my screens before i coated them. Cool video tips ! THANKS.
Great advice - seems like it's easy for them to get dusty.. I think pre-developing the screen after exposure is the best and most valuable tip in the video. Stoked you subscribed. What subject would you like to see us do on? Thanks!

I appreciated the tips and tricks thanks
amazing!
Thank you so much!! I just got into screening and I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why the image wasn’t coming out when I was washing the screen through.. I was under exposing by a lot because a separate video from someone else told me to only expose for 2 minutes! My entire screen was very slimes when washing I’ll try again. learning process! Tysm
Thanks for the tip. I will have to reset my print parameters. I have been printing two films because they are not dark enough.
the ultimate weapon is screen print exposure calculator that you are going to need it not only in the start but everytime you have to change something crusial like, printer, film, emulsion or light source
If you don't have a printer that can make dark films it might help to double the films. HOWEVER, you should consider this a short term fix until you can get a better printer and/or darker ink.
Thank you for the tips! Has anyone ever told you that you look like Mark Ruffalo? Even the way you talk lol thought that was too cool not to share.
My transparency paper are clear doesnt have a foggy/matt finish like the ones in the video, is that my problem
Hey Ryan, you should be able to get a good screen from clear film as well, as long as your printer settings are good. Thanks!
