18:35 the weird dr fetus "synergy" is just the result of tiny planet + angelic prism, tiny Planet makes you shoot from side to side with the tears orbiting you, but because the bombs go into the prisms before starting the actual orbit, they lose their tiny Planet effect and just keep going in the same direction

I like the idea of starting with a full circle of angelic prisms, and with the soy milk-like bullets, but he should really have a downside. maybe if you get hit in a room, you slowly take more damage until the room clears, so you basically get put on a timer, then once you enter a new room you get the health back

I think I know what's going on with the tear rate. Instead of increasing or decreasing the damage for the base character, they might have duplicated another character's stats put a multiplier on them, meaning any tears up is MASSIVE but any damage up is smaller in comparison (you picked up blood clot earlier and it did nothing to your damage)
