The most unfortunate thing is that the oil theft proceeds are never spent or invested back in Nigeria so, nothing changes in our communities - even the local gangs launder the money abroad. Nobody seems to talk about the buyers globally. Ships have tracking systems that can be reported globally like aeroplanes.
