MEBOR, AUTOMATED LOG SAWING LINE:

The sawing line consists of:
- A log supplying system with metal detectors;
- Two circular saws for small and medium size logs (SDH-D 340 & SDH-D 400);
- Horizontal band saw HTZ 1200 SP PLUS for sawing of large logs and special sizes;
- The large log sawing part of the line works with ONE OPERATOR only (log sawing, resawing & edging);
- One fully automatic, single arbor VC 700 E multi rip saw (operator free);
- Two fully automatic, double arbor VC 700 D multi rip saws (operator free);
- Three fully automatic edgers VRA 900 OPTI FAST;
- A complete sorting line with cross cutting;
- Automatic wood stacking machine;
- Complete waste line with a chipper and dust extraction;
- Complete blade maintenance equipment.
