He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen rats in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the rodents and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any calculated misinformations,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each rat and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

Sometimes it's less obvious, and it's tough to nail down, but here it's extremely clear, to the point where Jerma even felt the need to get involved himself and call people out.

I remember being one of those who saw it as spam years back, and whilst I'm pretty sure I never voiced disdain in chat, I definitely look back on that and think it was embarrassing and so needless for me to be annoyed by it. I think it's very easy for people to manipulate others into seeing things like trans pride in a negative light, because the people against it in an effort to dishonestly sound fair, will say things like "I just don't want it rubbed in my face", and try to ease you into seeing more and more negative things about trans and other such people. Having both trans friends, and hearing the stories of what a lot of trans people needlessly have to go through just to live their life, completely changed my perspective, made me realize just how culturally ostracized trans people are. Now and for a few years I've completely understood and supported trans pride, and I urge anyone else who has been manipulated as I had, to especially just listen to first hand accounts of what many trans people have to put up with in their lives.

If someone is taught that an entire group doesn't deserve empathy, they'll likely unquestionably go with that, and it can be hard to break such people out of it. Not that I think anyone should put up with anyone else who lacks empathy for them, everyone should expect a level of respect from others. Live around people who like you for who you are, live your best life and be happy, don't feel pity for those who wish to take that away from you.

something i find kinda funny (morbid, yes, but also kinda funny) is that transhobes are going on with the percents (which is basically telling trans people to off themselves) but cant seem to decide on the percent. ive seen 41, 43, 50, 53, even 60. also, you know what would reduce that already inaccurate statistic? not telling trans people to off themselves.
So an exact number has never been taken, for obvious reasons, but they attempt to point at different studies that have been invalidated. All of those numbers are from studies where they found how many trans people have thought about it. Which, all things considered, is cause by them. The trans experience is wonderful, and I'm perfectly content in my experience and mental well-being. The only issue with that is the piece of shit transphobes. If they got off our shit yea we'd be a lot better off.
This is how you keep a wholesome community, you call bigotry out and openly take a stance for people's rights, you don't sweep the toxic behavior of some members of your community under the rug, and you don't pretend to be neutral on all things political, like so many streamers and creators do out of fear of losing viewership. This isn't even all that much to ask, Jerma rarely talks politics yet he understands that there's a bare minimum you need to do and lines you need to draw, to keep things decent. No amount of view numbers is worth not having a community you're proud of.
Jerma may be the sorta guy to dumble with words in the most mundane situations and freak out because he gets easily flustered, but this shows he's great at talking when it matters

I remember being one of those who saw it as spam years back, and whilst I'm pretty sure I never voiced disdain in chat, I definitely look back on that and think it was embarrassing and so needless for me to be annoyed by it. I think it's very easy for people to manipulate others into seeing things like trans pride in a negative light, because the people against it in an effort to dishonestly sound fair, will say things like "I just don't want it rubbed in my face", and try to ease you into seeing more and more negative things about trans and other such people. Having both trans friends, and hearing the stories of what a lot of trans people needlessly have to go through just to live their life, completely changed my perspective, made me realize just how culturally ostracized trans people are. Now and for a few years I've completely understood and supported trans pride, and I urge anyone else who has been manipulated as I had, to especially just listen to first hand accounts of what many trans people have to put up with in their lives.

If someone is taught that an entire group doesn't deserve empathy, they'll likely unquestionably go with that, and it can be hard to break such people out of it. Not that I think anyone should put up with anyone else who lacks empathy for them, everyone should expect a level of respect from others. Live around people who like you for who you are, live your best life and be happy, don't feel pity for those who wish to take that away from you.

So an exact number has never been taken, for obvious reasons, but they attempt to point at different studies that have been invalidated. All of those numbers are from studies where they found how many trans people have thought about it. Which, all things considered, is cause by them. The trans experience is wonderful, and I'm perfectly content in my experience and mental well-being. The only issue with that is the piece of shit transphobes. If they got off our shit yea we'd be a lot better off.
This is how you keep a wholesome community, you call bigotry out and openly take a stance for people's rights, you don't sweep the toxic behavior of some members of your community under the rug, and you don't pretend to be neutral on all things political, like so many streamers and creators do out of fear of losing viewership. This isn't even all that much to ask, Jerma rarely talks politics yet he understands that there's a bare minimum you need to do and lines you need to draw, to keep things decent. No amount of view numbers is worth not having a community you're proud of.
