If nothing else did, this song only builds upon my personal theory that maybe Seven is self aware. Especially the lyrics talking about how we're both put in a game/puzzle, and lyrics saying how he doesn't even know our name. Which could mean that he knows that the username we choose in the game, most likely isn't our real life one. Also the lyric "the same questions every day" could also be referring to how everytime you choose another route, typically the same five days repeat, repeat, repeat, And don't really change any of the dialogue in the beginning. Lastly, the "I've been watching you from the start" can also be taken in a self aware context. Which all sounds pretty much like fourth-wall-break moments in the song. That could also be why he pushes MC away and tells her to stay away because he's "dangerous". He also becomes progressively quieter when the routes start to come to the final day. Maybe he gets quieter because he knows the game will restart again soon, erasing everyone's memories, but his own. Seven also gives his girlfriend the nickname 606, which means reset. (This came from a previous post somewhere from Pinterest) Also take in mind that this is a song set in only Seven's POV. Which also can be a hint that he's more than just some date-able character, to have gotten a song that's seemingly in his POV only. Haiz even though I cherish Searan more, when I read your theory I feel sad for Seven if he is self-aware like this. I am playing Seven route again, this is the third time I have played his route. And I find more understandable about Seven, he hide his complicated emotion behind his jokes. Łočal Drēåmer (I get this is a joke but him projecting rika onto mc is a coping method for someone who got 0 help and 0 closer) I used to be (and still kinda am) like Yoosung in the sense of like projecting a dead loved one onto someone alive (I never projected out loud tho) basically to keep it short the reasoning behind it is he never (in his route at least) found out much about her death and since he was close to her he felt guilty for not noticing rikas depression sooner (cause she “killed herself”) and on top of that V doesn’t give him the closer he desperately needs so when mc came along it felt like (at least in my experience) maybe you were getting another chance, maybe god was allowing you to make up for your failure. It eventually gets to the point where you’re so desperate to gain “forgiveness” and closer etc that you’re willing to go any length to ensure their safety, cause you got a second chance and this time you won’t mess up. I'm 3 years late to the party but I think that not only Seven but Zen is self aware as well. He is always flirty with us, the player, in any route we choose, so I think that is because he remembers you from the routes before you replayed the game. I also believe that his future predicting dreams are just memories of what happened before in a different format. Also he says many times that he wants to meet up with us, hear our voice and have a conversation that is "not trough the screen" especially in the Valentines DLC where he says that we cannot meet at the moment because we're too far apart. Also there was a message about weather during the first 5 days where he said that if it was sunny where we lived then we had to be far apart because it was raining where he was. But MC was supposedly inside Rika's apartment which obviously is located in the same country/city the other guys live so the only explanation is that he knows we aren't really inside Rika's apartment but in a different dimension.
Yuru Yuki I always though Jumin knows as well, when you play his route and he learns to love and opens up to you and finally feels happy. So when you reset he remembers his route but also can see you’re happy with someone else and that’s why he is so unemotional from the start and others routes.

I swear mystic messenger is the only time I ever feel like myself. I can answer more like me when I am talking to Seven. He is my favorite. I can act like I normally do and I don't have to feel like a carbon copy of a perfect character like in most otome games. For the first time I really feel like I belong and matter. Haiz even though I cherish Searan more, when I read your theory I feel sad for Seven if he is self-aware like this. I am playing Seven route again, this is the third time I have played his route. And I find more understandable about Seven, he hide his complicated emotion behind his jokes. I used to be (and still kinda am) like Yoosung in the sense of like projecting a dead loved one onto someone alive (I never projected out loud tho) basically to keep it short the reasoning behind it is he never (in his route at least) found out much about her death and since he was close to her he felt guilty for not noticing rikas depression sooner (cause she “killed herself”) and on top of that V doesn’t give him the closer he desperately needs so when mc came along it felt like (at least in my experience) maybe you were getting another chance, maybe god was allowing you to make up for your failure. It eventually gets to the point where you’re so desperate to gain “forgiveness” and closer etc that you’re willing to go any length to ensure their safety, cause you got a second chance and this time you won’t mess up. Your loved one will “forgive” you and finally you’ll be at peace, finally you’ll be able to stop beating yourself up everyday and finally you can move on. Although I was never as bad as Yoosung i still went through/still going trough it. Then there’s V ngl V made things 10x worse, yes he’s nice and all but he shouldn’t have let Yoosung blame him for rikas death. V doing this and providing no answers or closer to a literal relative of the deceased made it so much easier for Yoosung to genuinely believe it was all Vs fault (while also blaming himself) if V hadn’t allowed Yoosung to blame V as much as he did, Yoosung would’ve fared much better mentally and the whole rika thing wouldn’t be as bad

If it was Korean in attempt to sing a translated version of it, I'd understand where you're coming from. I'm 3 years late to the party but I think that not only Seven but Zen is self aware as well. He is always flirty with us, the player, in any route we choose, so I think that is because he remembers you from the routes before you replayed the game. I also believe that his future predicting dreams are just memories of what happened before in a different format. Also he says many times that he wants to meet up with us, hear our voice and have a conversation that is "not trough the screen" especially in the Valentines DLC where he says that we cannot meet at the moment because we're too far apart. Also there was a message about weather during the first 5 days where he said that if it was sunny where we lived then we had to be far apart because it was raining where he was. But MC was supposedly inside Rika's apartment which obviously is located in the same country/city the other guys live so the only explanation is that he knows we aren't really inside Rika's apartment but in a different dimension.
Yuru Yuki I always though Jumin knows as well, when you play his route and he learns to love and opens up to you and finally feels happy. So when you reset he remembers his route but also can see you’re happy with someone else and that’s why he is so unemotional from the start and others routes.

@@Cattycatty16 When I played Seven's route (Yes, I did Jumin's before Seven's), Jumin was always suspiciously really nice to the player. Like simple things, like small private text messages that weren't in the chat rooms. Sometimes the things he said was a bit too friendly LOL. Maybe that's why his bad ending is so yandare
