Recently my friend died because a killer broke into their house and killed their parents. They tried calling for help but their friends died in a car crash, Now I listen to this song just to stay brave and continue on life. I’m gonna be honest, I came back to this song because it had been a while. It... It made me happy. Genuine, incredible happiness, in a time like 2021. It made me feel like I was young again, where I could do things and have fun at the same time... It reminds me of when I was still innocent.
But afterwards, I look back in sadness. I want to go back, as much as I know I can’t. I lost people, friends, connections, family, and passion over the course of these years. I’ve also been losing things I’ve feared losing.
And yet, there has been good. There always will be good, whether it’s in an hour, a day or in a few months. There’s always good. And I can always remember the times of when I had connections with people over fandoms and other things, and be... Happy. Happy not that it’s over, but happy in the fact that those moments shaped who I am, for better or for worse.
Pal, no matter how hard you stare at the past, it's never gonna return back, the waters of the river of time keep flowing, not spending even a moment to our countless needs and prayers.
I'm glad that you've not isolated yourself in the prison created by your sadness and have learnt to observe the good side of passing time.

Then a tumblr user (stfuadachi) actually voice acted/sang as the two characters and from there is where it got its massive popularity..
+sealofbeyond Here's a quick history. Juby's English VOCALOID cover came out in Aug 2014, a month after Giga P + Reol's original Japanese release in July. So it was out a year and a half and pretty popular already on Juby's social media (1.75 million views alone on her RUclips channel). Then 2 Undertale fans liked the song and made cover's (Nyeh Nyeh version by Luxiay Kuragon and Shutupadachi had guys talk/singing Juby's lyrics for which she was credited) The covers came out the end of Nov--not even 2 months ago--and new Undertale copycat projects started multiplying like crazy (some crediting Juby) But I think some fans are not sure exactly why or how they got here...Hope this helps!..;)
