Very well said. Dan is always a pleasant surprise, and I haven’t heard a single original song that Dan has touched which hasn’t become way far better. You’re right, he owns the songs. Amazing Grace….2 weeks after Easter. Been obsessed since! Mom raised Baptist. My brothers and I Catholic. Mom converted. Had seen ladies esp raise their arms up in praise but never had. Not sure when it started but you, young Sir, have this old uncertain Christian raising her arms. Your voice is God given. Like many others, I joined your journey the day of the release for Amazing Grace (8th April 2023). I had no idea who you were, or why you would be in my feed as I was not the least bit interested in metal music. However, I was stunned by the beauty and clarity of your voice. I've watched the video so many times that I've lost count.
Again, like so many others, I'd heard that song so many times over the years, even sang it quite a few times myself, in choirs etc,,, one memorable night at a house party, a friend brought one of her friends, turned out she was the sister of one of the best professional recording artists in my country, and her voice was every bit as great as his... anyway, long story short, the 3 of us ended up singing A.G. in 3 part harmony...
Daniel, your version is soooo much better than anything I've ever heard or seen. Absofrigginlutey beautiful, so moving. I don't often get moved by a song, but Daniel, you move me very often when I listen to your softer offerings.
I could go on for hours and days, suffice to say, I'm a convert to all things Dan Vasc and a huge fan of talent and skill that you are working so diligently to perfect.

I started the journey one very lucky day in mid October 2023 when Amazing Grace unexpectedly appeared and I was immediately smitten by your beauty and great talent. I came to watch this again, on Christmas Eve, 2023 (11:10 AM, CST), after having watched "O Holy Night" somewhere between 30 and 100 times already. I quit counting.
Speaking of counting, as I'm writing this, the subs have hit 927K...only 73K to go. I know...tomorrow is Christmas Day, so...
The thing is, you are STILL going to go the distance, no matter what. DON'T GIVE UP!
Also...just thought you might like to know that there are a BUNCH of BIG angels who come stand with me and have VERY happy grins on their faces when we're watching "O Holy Night" together. I am VERY serious. I don't see them physically (although I have seen angels physically), but as soon as I even START to bring the video up to watch it again, I SEE them beginning to gather, all around me.
Do they NEED to come in here and see you on my large-screen computer screen? Nope! Of course not! However, they LOVE doing it. I have a feeling you've seen a number of joyous angels. In fact, I'm sure of it. I have been duly informed that they are alongside you EVERY SINGLE STEP, as you continue to "Go the Distance."

My husband discovered Dan a few months ago when he heard Angels We Have Heard on High and was blown away by his vocal range. Everytime he listen to him, he would tell me i needed to listen. Well, long story short, he plays Angels We Have Heard on High for me. I have been WOWED ever since. I have been sharing his music with others.
It's 2024 & I won't repeat what millions of comments have said about your voice, etc, but want to say you have been an inspiration to me in my spiritual walk. I have been a Christian for many years, but recently the Lord has given me a goal/assignment that seems to be almost impossible. Your words of encouragement to us and your sharing about what hard work you've put into getting to each of your goals has made me determined to do the same. This song is exactly what I want to do in my earthly walk. Being a Christian is so much more than waiting to go to heaven. 1Jo 3:8 "For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil." I discovered you just a few wks back when your Amazing Grace video popped up in my RUclips suggestions, Dan. Then, O Holy Night came up to finish me off so I became a subscriber. I've been strung out ever since binging on past videos & other reaction videos. On Christmas Eve, I introduced my sister, and she became a fan, having me share several videos during our visit. Nessum Dorma is the video I started her on, followed by Amazing Grace, Sleeping Sun, O Holy Night, etc. Your songs made for a beautiful Christmas Eve memory for us. Going back into older videos has really revealed all your hard work as you transitioned into who you are today. What an inspiring story your journey is, and you seem to get better with age in every aspect, just like a fine wine. There appear to be no limits to your abilities. Wishing God's blessings for your continued success in the coming year as you pursue those dreams. You are a joy....and props to Victor for everything he brings to the table, too. I found you when I stumbled upon Amazing Grace. It was always a favorite hymn of mine but when I heard you sing it with such powerful feeling and conviction I was hooked for life. I will always be a Dan Vasc lover, never to end. Your performamces are so much more than just you singing. You put your entire self into every song. From your gorgeous long hair to your perfect posture and OMG don't forget about that muscular jawline and everything else!!!! Oh yeah and of course your vocals are off the chart!! The journey began with AMAZING GRACE. It's been approximately ONE YEAR. It caught my eye when I seen "Amazing Grace, Metal singer! I thought oh my god this guy's going to destroy it. So I listened out of curiosity. I'll never forget listening to it and how excited I became. Running to my daughter "you've got to hear this!" It was surprisingly beautiful, passionate, and powerful. That's when I fell into the Dan Vasc rabbit hole. I haven't missed a day listening to you. A combination of watching your videos and you speaking to your audience personally that I got to know more about Dan Vasc and what he was all about. A few years ago I found Pellek here on RUclips. I fell in love with his voice and music style with some favorite American standards. And today I found Dan! Wow, just wow. I’ve listened to your songs that I recognize and am blown away.
Your amazing grace grabbed my heart and soul in April 2024. I think my 30 year old grandson who passed suddenly from liver failure 18 months ago was instrumental in getting this connection to me. He listened to metal music and played the Witcher games and watched the series. I've discovered a totally new joy for music since then.I've been listening day and night and enjoyed every moment. I joined the journey with "Sound of silence" and I loved it from the first to the last word you sang!!! Then I looked out for other songs you did and the next ones I listened to were "Dawn over a new world", "Dawn of victory" and "Tale with no end".
And there really was no end because I couldn't stop listing to your songs every day.
"The tears of the dragon" then was my favorite song for a longer time because this song in your version went straigt into my heart and soul and helped me so much to overcome a very hard time. I am so glad and thankfull I found this song when I really needed some help to get my feet back on the ground. Meanwhile I've listened to all of your songs and my favorites change from time to time but I love them all. You brought me back to music, I really had lost it for a longer period and I think YOU know what that means! Now I'm back and that's because of your songs and the deep emotions you show in all of them.

Hi Dan Im a 69 South African woman. I have been in hospital for 11 days after a 6 hour emergency operation. I have been married for 51 years and my poor husband went through hell waiting. I was blessed that God never opened the door when i knocked as i am still needed hear. I would love to hear you sing Knocking on heavens door. I folllow you all the time. Today is May 16, 2024. My journey into your music world started two months ago. I grew up listening to opera and other music. I have always “felt” the music and its beauty has carried me through most of my life. Fifteen years ago life became hard. The death of my mother and then my brother. My daughter’s breast cancer. Then mine. There was no room for music. None. Until a few months ago. I was looking for the lyrics to Sound of Silence and came across your video. I also found your video in which you sing Amazing Grace. Your beautiful voice tugged at my heart and I started listening to all your covers. Thank you for helping me to again discover the beauty of music and making my heart sing. I am grateful. ( My daughter and I are both now cancer free. God is good.). Brian left us in 2022, the grief of loss had me link into BonJovi band; lots of sharing into their story of all of them - now I find this musician and artist , Bon Jovi did Brazil and Dan Vasc is from Brazil. I treasure his remarkable talent in all genres. Like Jon Bon Jovi says, a song is the diary of your life, it takes you to the moment of where you were when you heard it. love the music. I'm 76 and enjoy all genres ; grew up with classical, my dad loved the rat pack and even Streisand's music. haunting melodies. take care of yourself.

I was caught up in your rendition of Amazing Grace (i think about 5 months now) which I look forward to hearing many times a day.. still..(I think I have passed 200 times with all the reactions I have heard AND LOVE, besides having it downloaded) and I have to say that I am getting a lot less sleep since I listen every night and find it so difficult to shut you down for the night😊 I am 66 and LOVE the power of music and am so thankful that I didn't let the word "metal" stop me from checking out my first song with you! 😊🙏 I am also touched by your tender heart/spirit that you have displayed throughout your videos, and for your voice, technique and i am sure all your hard work, I am left SPEECHLESS after hearing each new song!! My black lab Gracie and I walk 5 miles every day and I have your music making those miles just fly by😅 thank you!!
