I really love these emojis, it makes me feel more aware to what I'm sending. The '🙄' emoji was always a problem when sending it to any user that doesn't have Samsung. I'm sure if someone dislikes these (for whatever reason) they could always find ways to get the old ones back, or maybe they'll make it optional. And I'm sure each samsung platform will soon have these emojis. 🥑💕

Yeah. I liked the old ones, and they could've changed them the bad ones if people didn't complain so hard. Last beta some emojis were changed and they looked way better, they didn't get to all the bad ones, but I'm pretty sure they would if people didn't complain. Touchwiz 7.1 also changed some of the bad designs as well, while keeping their unique style.
At least they fixed the red heart emoji , it always bothered me how it looked different from the other hearts .
Liz Lam oh my, someone agrees with me, I would never use it on an Instagram story or snapchat because it looked so off, compared to the others.

Really love the look of these emojis as it was so hard to tell what emoji was being sent/received with Samsung's old ones

DesireFanatics I notice they changed the "I'm not crazy smile" on this one .. it turned from a "I'm trying to smile" to a tongue sticking out .. hopefully on the final release it's changed back to the last one.
Speakeasy ah yeah that one. The change between those 2 beta versions was quite substantial. Let's wait and see what they decide on for the final release!

I actually think they should fix up the people emojis a lil bit since they look very unreal and animated compared to IOS. But I'm sure and I hope l they will be fixing them up a tiny bit more before official release =)
Agreed, the people do look a bit cartoon-y, I'm not a big fan of them. I think they've gone more IOS with this update compared to the ones we had previously

Well at least you can know what you are sending a person. Those older emojis had some that were so off from the IOS equivalent that you couldn't even tell what it was supposed to be.

+Darian No sadly not for the S7 ☹️ It's likely to be a few months after the S8 gets it. I don't think it's fair on S7 users as you bought your phones before S8 users did so you should have priority! Still, at least you will get Oreo some day...

If you have the 2017 J3 then the update got delayed last year. Just keep checking for Software Updates every so often, hopefully they've either already released it or will do sometime this year
I don't like them as they look way less detailed but I guess it's just my opinion

You can but there is no official version. You have to install a rom to get it working... Would you find it useful if I made a video showing the steps?

Oreo is not available for the S5 I'm afraid. You can probably get a custom ROM but there's no official way to do it
