Found last few exercises difficult……. 72 yrs, lack upper body strength! Excellent videos! 😊❤️🥰

Since I had Covid in Dec 20 I only sleep 2-3 hours. Sometimes I stay up for 36 hours without sleep 😢

Your new workout/ stretch a good level for me( beg- mid skill) - so room to work on the more dynamic floor stretch at end. will repeat on Monday/ Wed to get the stretch right. Thank you! Love he discussion on immune system as well. I will look up the pilates breathing tutorial.
Loved this one had a virus and day in bed so this was just what was needed to stretch out the stiffness definitely one for my fave after desk day.

SO grateful for this class. I've learned so much. Love that move - drawing the circular shape with the leg while in quadruped.
I know that I've done this stretch routine before now, but it was exactly what I needed today. The news cycle is getting to me, and my muscles have been tight. Doing these exercises helped to lighten my soul.

Another great class…some stretching limitations due to muscle spasms. Just old age issues‼️🥰

Lovely stretch❤ session, afraid I got a bit lost with the arm movements doing roll up - not enough space around me, and it is hard to watch you on iPad, replicate move and not end up with a sore neck🤪🤪! But this felt so good, thank you 😊 Good luck with your continuing professional education , and have a wonderful weekend.
