Love the boat! Let’s Goooooo… Mountaineer to Summersville Lake 2023! NBC 2:30 at Notre Dame forecasting a THUNDERSTORM 🤪 We Are… MARSHALL! Beat’m Up! Beat’m Up! Give’m Hell HERD!!
The F and T Virginias are legendary but they have not been blended in England since the 1970's. In those days I believe they were blended for FandT by one of the Gawith factories and were full flavored, tangy and wonderful. Once the Fribourg and Treyer shop in London went out of business (they were originally purveyors of fine snuff and had a royal warrant) and the trademark was purchased by Kolhasse and Kopp in Germany the quality declined very quickly whereas nowadays I still like the Cut Blended Plug (the red tin) but only after aging it several years. I think many of the blends by the German blendeers are not aged properly before tinning. Keep puffin.
Grats on the boat upgrade, I have this in the cellar I think haven't had it, but it's a K&k baccy if ya know ya know, don't think I've had anything bad by them, and some have been outstanding, "the hiking" for sure. Fall is coming it's getting cooler and time to rotate some different tobaccos, love this time of year, look forward to seeing some vids from ya, enjoy!
Yeah the 3 I’ve had were just Ok.. The special brown is my favorite.. I have a tin aging in the cellar but nothing I’ll be rushing to stock up on.. Two feet is that much more play room on the lake though lol.. Congratulations man I’m sure they’ll be lots of fun times had on it
Hey Brian, Happy Saturday my friend. Glad to see you got the new boat home. I think your granddaughter is going to be very happy and excited. Hopefully you'll have some photos to post of the initial voyage. I'm sure you got yourself some Carolina Red Flake this past week. I had a bit of a time getting the website to load, but eventually it did and I placed my order. I think that is a much better release time. Have a great week ahead and enjoy your weekend.
This one gets a pass from me. I have enough middle of the road blends. Congrats on the new boat! I'm sure it'll be a blast on the water. 2' is 2'. Going from backing a 48' trailer to 53' seems like a mile was added on. Have a great weekend Brian.
Hello Brian, nice review, you always tell it like it is.We’re going to need a video when your Grandbaby gets to ride on the boat.I hope you and your family are doing well.
I agree with your assessment on F&T Vintage. Though Im a huge fan f the Cut Virginia Plug, they stopped selling here a long time ago but Im lucky to have some tins left. Be well! Emil
i tried this one years ago, and it was good, but absolutely indistinguishable to my palate from Dunhill Flake, which was easier to get from my local tobacconist. I love Cut Blended Plug and Blackjack, but I don't go out of my way for Vintage anymore.
thanks for sharing and have a good weekend!
Thanks for stopping by

Yeah I wouldn’t buy it again it’s just ok for a flake
👍👍👍
I had a sample of this years ago along with other F&T and I remember all were bland. None in my cellar.
Yeah it’s just ok nothing special
You’ll have to get extension mirrors to see back of boat?
It’s definitely a lot harder to navigate but she’s home safe
2:23 LOOK AT IT

Yeah, that stuff isn’t anywhere near as nice as Cut Virginia plug,
No I have to agree it’s my favorite from them
Have fun with the new boat! F and T has some good ones and some duds. That’s been my experience anyway. 🫣
Yes your exactly right
