I finally get it. Thank you. This was the best explanation of CIDR Notation that I've found. Now I have a question on my Network+ practice quiz about the range. Hopefully you have a video on it too.

The IP address should have been written as 192.168.88.116 just as it was given in the exercise.We have annotated the video to correct this error.
