Today I did an Extreme Challenge. I got out of bed, see to my wife and kids. And I went to Work. Plus when I came home I did my parenting and made my wife happy. Challenge Completed. 😎👍💯
I think the reason they throw a rock on the water before jumping is to break the surface tension, otherwise, the water surface will be more resistant and cause more harm.

I tried that 11.11 game using the stopwatch feature on my phone, and I nailed it in just 5 tries. I won't lie..luck definitely played a role in it, but the trick is to remember that once it hits 11 seconds you still have to let it run a split second longer to reach that other .11
