      Hey buddy, how is it going?
      I bought it at the store called Seria, here in Japan. The store looks a dollarama franchise. They do not sell any products online, probably… 😞
      Cheers

    That grass you use is exceptional, does that brand have a website by chance? Would love to get my hands on that in Canada.

    Did you dye your coat because I really want to dye mine, but I'm worried I will rowen it?

    • @biginjapanminiatures
      @biginjapanminiatures  Год назад

      Hello!
      I didn't dye the coat, its color is original from the factory. I weathered the coat with pastel chalk, only.
      For weathering the figures' clothes, I recommend you practice on other fabrics until you get the hang of it. 👍🏻

    Why didn’t you make “D” bales? Wouldn’t that have been more appropriate?

    • @biginjapanminiatures
      @biginjapanminiatures  3 года назад

      Hey mate, thanks for comment. When I made this customization on the M1 helmet, adding a fixed bale, at the time I had searched many photos of paratroopers in the November 1944 period. In fact, the correct thing would be for me to add a flexible bale to the helmet, considering that most paratroopers received new M43 equipment. Also there was a lot of complaint that “D” bale and fixed bale helmets broke easily. Soon they were replaced by flexible bale. Anyway, I put a fixed bale because it was more comfortable for me, but I want to customize another figure using a “D” bale on M1 helmet (as a pre jump). Once more, thanks for asking… appreciate it. keep watching.
