In my own opinion, there is NOTHING wrong with showing you dieing, a lot of creators I watch only show them killing, it means you are humble and know you aren't the end all be all. You earned my like and sub.
Glad you can appreciate that, I think a video with losses is not only respectful towards the opponents, but makes the video more interesting by showing my mistakes.

I've played those patches, and recently on Aion Classy 2.7, kiting at 15meters is a strategy that few rangers pull off successfully and already hard enough. I've tried it in 2.7 and it doesn't work well at 10 meters when you take extendables and geodata into consideration, except sins at times. You get hit easily even if you slideshot perfectly. With that being said tho, this is one of the many reasons I dislike those patches as it doesn't fit my playstyle. But 2/3.X doesn't take skill anyways.

@@mahmoodalsaidi5845 This is false, it's actually harder to slide consistently the lower ping u have, this is why u never see 0ms koreans slideshot as it's virtually impossible. Ideal slideshot ping is 40-60 (I have 60-70 in this vid) as it's a good balance between consistency and efficiency. 100-140 is extremely consistent but u lose frames so it looks less flawless. Anything 160+ is too slow. And it's by no means easy, however standard auto-cancelling slides u can master in 1 day.

I usually start jumping then using auto-attack to turn and perform the slide, but sometimes - i don't understand why - when the place is full of people and the game seems to demands a little bit more of performance and ping, the animation to turn simply don't execute. Do you know why this happens? I play with 130-160 (mostly 130) on euro aion. Whenever i'm on a empty space with little things happening around me i can perform the slide smooth and easy
Idk I might one day, I've been thinking about doing a full in-depth guide of all the slide mechanics on ranger for over a year now but seeing everyone will be playing on classic servers it won't be very helpful since those old patches limit the potential of ranger mechanics too much. There are other reasons as well that make me not want to but ya.
Typically templar is the hardest for ranger, however at a certain skill level, chanter becomes just as hard. But personally I have found a good chanter harder than templar since I have gotten a lot better at fighting temp recently. But ya ranger can handle both for sure, just takes a lot of good timings and took me the longest to get good at fighting. Still improving tho, especially vs chanter.
Ofc anytime, the only gunners I struggled with in more recent times are 15ms synapse EU gunners when I don't have my ping. But when it comes down to it, just sleep arrow and u can win any gunner XD skybound trap to make it extra easy.

It works fine on 4.6, but could you do it on 2-3 versions, where Bestial Fury decreases the attack range by 15 meters instead of 10?

Clean Clean, 99.9% rangers are just trash, but that 0.01 % who do the mechanics pitch perfect are most hard to play against.

there are 3 main methods to slide: auto-cancelling, weapon toggle cancelling, mobile skill cancelling (ex, gale arrow)
