This is my favorite FF game and easily one of the best FF games ever made. You're in for one hell of a journey with this one. Here's a tip though... buy at least one of every armor/weapon you find. You're going to want them all for their abilities, and later the synthesis system is going to be absolutely necessary and some items you can only get at one place and these places can be inaccessible later. Just have fun and explore all you like. I have lost count of how many times I have replayed this one. It's just one of those games
Sooo uh yeah we are going to need to cosplay as Kuja for the final episode of this let's play... For celebratory purposes of course lol. I love Beatrix's battle theme -ie- The Sword of Doubt too, easily in my top 3 tracks along with South Gate's theme in the game. They just tick the right boxes for me. Ya know though funny enough the Short Guard was technically right on both accounts. Steiner was very suspicious but he is in fact a nice person. The pickle test never fails! Anywho, a Happy New Year to you ^^.

I like that you can visit places like Dali and Quan's place with Garnet and it has actually different dialogue for her. I feel modern games often don't do that stuff anymore, simply because a lot of people would never go that route and the extra work wouldn't be worth it financially. It shows when you love the game you are creating.
😹😹😹 steam didn't want to automatically load it, it just crashed instead 😭 but seems like there was something with my game file, since I verified the files and going into disc 3 I got the image that told me to press to continue 😸 so no more crash~ I think it was Beatrix that did this, she wanted to beat me up again 😹

TIP: When you cast a spell, and are choosing the target, use R1 to switch between single target spell to all, even for healing abilities. It will divide the power to the number of targets, but it will for example heal all members by a smaller ammount if you use cure. 💪🏼
Word of warning: you will soon come up against a boss battle in this where you have to choose your three team mates and can't change them after selection. You need your three strongest fighters for the fight, do not choose Vivi or Garnet (the boss is not effected by magic) Do not make the same mistake I did, literally years of work went to waste there.

Gotten so lucky on ya steal steaks off the beautiful Beatrix getting all 3 items is a tough feat since the battle is on a turn timer I believe unless they patched or altered the steel rate % for the remasters some bosses only have a single number % chance in the original release
Indeed! The steal rate is altered, I checked the launcher and it was enabled to successfully steal 😹 I thought of disabling it but didn't bother with it.
One must always use the steal function here Stealing may be impossible But the earliest best are always on the bosses for thoose that are not Chobo hot and cold
Stealing is not impossible anymore but 100% guaranteed using Moguri mod cheat 100% steal aha much better this way than a 20 times attempt for boss item

I made the same mistake later in the game when the party gets split into two locations. The Ark fight was almost a restart.
