I think if they have that perk it will get them really low but not one shot although I'm not complete sure

Question: does this sniper only one shot with headshots or do bodyshots also one shot down them?
When I watched it for the first time it felt unreal

I'm trying to finish platinum longshots for my snipers, but a few of the rifles seem to never do enough damage and by the time I hit your enemies they're already gone.
